20 percent of people are on the fence about attending Easter worship Like most other churches, your attendance probably spikes on Easter Sunday. One poll showed that more than 40 percent of Americans plan to attend a Resurrection Day worship service. This research also showed that close to 40 percent will not attend worship. But perhaps the most important statistic from the poll, taken just two weeks before Easter Sunday, is that 20 percent of people are still undecided about attending church on Resurrection Day. Think about that - you have the potential to reach these people! In just a few weeks, these individuals could be sitting in your church, hearing the Good News of Jesus’ glorious resurrection. But what will it take to get those 20 percent of people into church on April 1 this year? A friendly invitation? A nudge from a neighbor? A flyer on the community board? A billboard on the highway?
