What happens if I backorder products on your website? Do I pay for them when I order them?
You will not pay for any backordered merchandise until it ships. When a backordered product comes in-stock, we will call you. We prefer to speak with you before shipping in case you have something else to add to the order. Backorders will not be shipped without your approval.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from First Time Unique Impressions!

Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited. Other restrictions may apply. If you’re not satisfied with any First Time Unique Impressions Owned Brand item, return it within 30-days with a receipt for an exchange or a refund.

All items purchased with a carrier contract at a First Time Unique Impressions must be returned or exchanged within 14 days and may be

subject to early termination fees per carrier contract. Contract items and carrier plans must be sold and returned by a First Time Unique Impressions Tech Rep. Holiday items and limited-time-only collections may have modified return policies.
